With simplified, AI-enabled UX, this suite was pitched to Valtech, CreateLabs, & Henry Street leadership, securing a 3rd place win!

KEY FINDINGS
Taking stock of the websites’ hundreds of pages revealed far too many redirects, overwhelming & confusing menus. UI was not senior-friendly, and important services were buried deep in massive menus.

Any truly senior-friendly resource accommodates users without smart phones. The OpenAI chatbot is reachable via SMS text, taking further workload off hotlines while still offering comprehensive & immediate help.
